First Use:
The buckle components have a tight fit to ensure maximum strength. It is normal for the buckle to be slightly hard to open and close for the first time. It will become easier to use after a few opening cycles while maintaining its strength.
Care Instructions:
To clean, place the collar in a bowl of water with a drop of soap. Let it soak for a few minutes. Use a plastic brush to scrub any dirt off the collar. Rinse and hang dry.
